Cancellation Policy

At West 86th Hair Designs we do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes! We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request a 24 hour notice . Appointments canceled within 24 hours or a "no show" will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service amount.
